Winged Keel's Private Client Group specializes in structuring life insurance solutions for high net-worth individuals and their families. Our clients come to us for three basic purposes: to preserve the wealth they have created; to transfer assets to future generations; and, to accumulate assets in a tax-efficient manner. Since 1989, Winged Keel Group, Inc. has placed over $20 billion of risk protection on behalf of our clients.
Winged Keel’s private clients are financially sophisticated
individuals primarily comprised of senior executives, investment bankers, money
managers, and private equity and hedge fund investors. Nearly
all of Winged Keel Group’s private clients are referred from existing
clients or professional advisors such as trust and estate
attorneys, accountants, family offices, and private wealth
managers.
The insurance industry, like any other competitive market, is
constantly introducing new products and pricing strategies.
Each insurance company has a different way of assessing risk. A
certain medical condition may be a concern to one company, but
not another. As an independent insurance broker, Winged
Keel Group looks to the entire insurance marketplace for solutions that best meet our customer's financial goals. Our independence enables
us to create a “risk classification auction” among the most
competitive and highly rated companies for each client's unique
situation. By creating a competitive market where the
insurance companies bid for our clients’ business, we help
ensure that each client receives a solution that meets their needs.
Winged Keel Group also provides superior administration services for
our clients’ insurance portfolios through a systematic review of their coverage. Winged Keel has invested in an infrastructure
that provides active client service. The Client Service team
acts as an intermediary between our clients and the insurance
companies. When a client has a detailed technical question about their policy, or
has a simple administrative request such as an address change,
they can call our client service team for help and avoid the
inefficiency of dealing directly with insurance companies.
Our clients recognize that Winged Keel Group will be here to service them
throughout the life of their program. This is important since
life insurance is most often an individual’s longest held
financial asset. Winged Keel Group is structured as a
professional services firm, not a traditional insurance
