
With over thirty years of professional experience, Campbell is a recognized leader in the insurance industry. A graduate of Princeton University, Campbell is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and holds a Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS). Prior to the formation of Winged Keel Group, he was a senior partner and founder of Circle Consulting Group, a diversified New York based financial services company.
Campbell is a past President of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), the premier life insurance industry association. AALU, along with its sister organization, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), represent over 80,000 professionals nationwide. On the AALU Board, Campbell served as the Chair of the Business Insurance and Estate Planning Committee and the Political Involvement Committee. As President, Campbell led the AALU response to the Treasury Department notices regarding split dollar life insurance (notices 2001-10 and 2002-8). A reasonable solution was reached after many direct negotiations between industry representatives and the Treasury Department. Campbell was also directly involved in the life insurance industry efforts related to the estate and gift tax rules which ultimately led to HR 1836.
Campbell has been a featured speaker at many major industry meetings, including annual meetings of the AALU, the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), the Top of the Table, and the International Forum. In 2010, he presented at the Practising Law Institute 41st Annual Estate Planning Institute on the topic of How to Approach the Acquisition of Large Blocks of Trust-Owned Life Insurance.
Campbell has authored articles that have appeared in Strategic Consulting magazine, Executive Compensation and Benefits, and was the subject of a feature article in Advisor Today.
Campbell is married with three children and lives in Rye, New York. He was a member of the Board of Directors of The Partnership for a Drug Free America and is currently co-chair of the advisory board of The Breast Cancer Alliance.

Michael graduated Cum Laude from Princeton University in 1981. He began his professional career with the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand, where he became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1984. Michael earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from New York University in 1986.
Michael co-founded Winged Keel Group in 1989. He has been a leader and key technical resource as the firm has developed its market presence and strengthened its internal infrastructure over the years. Michael works on the design of sophisticated life insurance portfolios that enable clients and their advisors to optimize economic results, minimize risks, and/or expand flexibility in intergenerational wealth planning. In addition, Michael is actively involved in the management of SALI Fund Services, the market leading administrator for Insurance Dedicated Funds (IDFs).
Michael serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council of New York City. He is also a member of the Yale Study Group, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU).
Michael has spoken at many industry conferences over the years. In 2010, he presented at the Practicing Law Institute 41st Annual Estate Planning Institute on the topic of How to Approach the Acquisition of Large Blocks of Trust-Owned Life Insurance. In 2011, he was the opening speaker at the 9th Annual Private Placement Life Insurance and Annuities Forum.
Michael has four children and resides in Pepper Pike, Ohio and New York City. He practices yoga and enjoys golf.

Brent began his career in the life and disability industry in 1988 with Northwestern Mutual Life in San Francisco. Brent moved to New York City in 1997 to attend New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
Leveraging his strong design capabilities, he joined Winged Keel Group as Director of Portfolio Design while continuing his studies. Upon graduation in 1999, he became a Principal of Winged Keel Group.
In 2003, Brent played a key role in the formation and development of SALI Fund Services, focusing on the strategic marketing direction, business development, and implementation of the operational and administrative infrastructure.
Brent was a contributing author to The PPLI Solution; Delivering Wealth Accumulation, Tax Efficiency, and Asset Protection Through Private Placement Life Insurance published in 2005 by Bloomberg Press.
Brent lives with his wife and son in New York City. He is an avid skier and loves to run.

Eric Naison-Phillips joined Winged Keel Group as a Client Relationship Associate in July of 2003 and advanced into the role of Director of Portfolio Design. In 2009, Eric became a Principal of Winged Keel Group. In addition to his Client Relationship Manager responsibilities, Eric's expanded role includes managing the firm's operating platform.
Since joining Winged Keel Group, he has been involved in structuring, implementing, and servicing life insurance portfolios designed to meet the unique needs of ultra-affluent families.
Eric served as a member of M Financial Group’s Product Management Advisory committee and is a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU).
He is a graduate of Yale University with a BA in American Studies. At Yale, Eric was a pitcher and four-year letter winner for the baseball team.
Eric is a founder of the Bulldogs Care Foundation (BCF), created to support young men and women as they pursue personal development through programs in athletics, education, and mentoring. He also serves on the PASE (Partnership for After School Education) Young Professionals Committee where he is working to build a network of young professionals who are interested in supporting after school education. Additionally, Eric is a member of The Yale University Club Committee which awards grants to Yale students from low-income families.
Eric lives in Brooklyn, New York with his wife and enjoys basketball, golf, and squash.

Matt is a Principal of Winged Keel Group. His work includes helping clients review their existing life insurance and comparing it to current market pricing, and facilitating the acquisition of new coverage that may be needed. Matt is skilled at educating clients and their advisors on the economics and risks associated with various types of life insurance products, and guiding them through the decision-making process to construct a portfolio that is tailored to their particular estate plan.
Matt also works closely with other insurance brokers and with investment managers who want to introduce Private Placement Life Insurance and Annuity products to their clients.
Matt joined Winged Keel Group in 1997 and became a Principal in 2003. During his career, he has had responsibility for managing Winged Keel’s Private Client Group comprised of the firm’s Portfolio Design, Underwriting and Client Administration teams. He has been a featured speaker at both the M Financial Group and Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU) national meetings on estate planning uses of life insurance, income tax-efficient investing using Private Placement Life Insurance and Annuities, and growing a multi-generational professional services firm geared toward serving an ultra-affluent client base.
Matt graduated from Bard College and remains an active member of their alumni. He is originally from Larchmont, New York and now lives in New Rochelle with his wife Jo and two children, Anabelle and Evan. He enjoys playing golf, ice hockey and running.

Aaron Abrahms joined Winged Keel Group in 2003 and is a Principal of the firm. He works with clients on the development of large block life insurance portfolios and on the various applications of Private Placement products. Aaron has taken a leadership role with a number of Winged Keel Group’s key institutional relationships, whose clients routinely utilize traditional life insurance products to finance estate taxes and Private Placement Life Insurance and Annuities to shield investment returns from current period taxation.
Aaron manages the Private Client Group’s strategic planning process and coordinates Winged Keel Group’s relationships with law, accounting, and wealth management firms. Aaron is also responsible for the recruiting and training of Client Relationship Associates for Winged Keel Group.
Aaron is a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU) and has been a featured speaker at industry events.
Aaron earned his MBA in Finance with Distinction from Columbia Business School. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania and was an Academic All-American in Ski Racing.
Aaron lives in Larchmont, New York with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys golf, skiing, and travel.

Marko Djuranovic is a Client Relationship Associate in the Private Client Group. Marko applies his strong technical and research skills to the design, service and administration of some of the firm’s largest life insurance portfolios.
Marko holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Columbia University. He received his BA from Duke University where he was a staff writer and columnist for a local newspaper. Prior to joining Winged Keel Group in 2008, he worked as an investment analyst for a small private investment company.
Marko is a Level III candidate in the CFA program and holds the Series 6 and 63 securities licenses. He lives with his wife in New York City and enjoys tennis, golf, skiing, and cooking in his spare time.

As the Managing Director of Winged Keel’s Private Client Group, Barbara is responsible for the oversight and integration of the Portfolio Design, Underwriting, and Client Administration teams. She is also focused on developing the firm’s operational platform and utilizing new technologies to optimize the firm’s ability to serve its clients.
Prior to joining Winged Keel Group in 2008, Barbara spent fourteen years managing the administration of life insurance portfolios for affluent individuals and families at another insurance advisory firm.
Barbara graduated from Columbia University in 1994 with majors in History and Sociology and obtained an MS in Statistics and Operations Research from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 2001.
Barbara is married with three children and lives in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. Barbara enjoys golf, snowboarding, and spending time with her young children.

Gabriel is a Client Relationship Associate specializing in Private Placement Life Insurance and Annuity products and advising clients and professional advisors on their structure and use. He also plays a key role working with investment management firms who want to help their clients acquire alternative asset class investments in a tax-efficient manner through Private Placement Life Insurance and Annuities. Gabriel has responsibility for coordinating Winged Keel Group’s strategic planning process for this business segment.
Prior to joining Winged Keel Group in 2009, he worked as a consultant to British Petroleum Shipping and as an analyst for The Blackstone Group in the Funds of Hedge Funds Group.
Gabriel graduated from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 2007 with a BA in Economics and a minor in Spanish. He is fluent in Spanish.
Gabriel holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. He lives in New York City and enjoys skiing, lacrosse, and running marathons.
