Brent began his career in the life and disability
industry in 1988 with Northwestern Mutual Life in
San Francisco. In 1993, he joined the M member firm
of Sitzmann, Morris, and Lavis where he had both
design and sales responsibility. Brent moved to New
York City in 1997 to attend New York University’s
Tisch School of the Arts.
Leveraging off of his strong design capabilities mixed with a keen
sensitivity to client relationships and the
sales process, he joined the M member firm of
Winged Keel Group as Director of Design while
continuing his studies. In 1999, upon
graduation, he became a Principal of Winged
Keel Group, and in 2000, took the role of Managing
Partner.
In 2003, Brent and his partners formed SALI Fund Services.
Brent has played a key role in the development of SALI, focusing on building a strategic marketing direction, business development,
and implementation of the operational and administrative infrastructure.
Brent is a frequent speaker at industry meetings
and just recently was a contributing author to

Accumulation, Tax Efficiency, and Asset
Protection Through Private Placement Life
Insurance published in 2005 by Bloomberg Press.
Brent is an avid skier and loves to run.
He lives with his wife in New York City.
